Treatment Plan

Beginning at the referral of a family to Epiphany House (by the Board of Social Services, Division of Youth and Family Services, a battered women's program, a primary treatment program, or others), they and the staff together formulate a "plan for progress." This plan addresses four interdependent areas:

• Sobriety
• Personal Wellness
• Life Skills & Vocational Assistance
• Housing

Initial and on-going evaluation identifies each woman's assets and liabilities in each of these areas. Residents participate in developing their plan by identifying their major goals and by specifying their expectations of the program. This plan is then put into action through therapy, education, and practice.
