Circle
of Friends: Extraordinary gifts warrant special recognition.
In November 1996, Epiphany House established the "Circle
of Friends", a group of individuals and organizations
who contribute to the mission of Epiphany House by contributing
large cash gifts. The establishment of "The Circle"
coincided with the beginning stages of the capital campaign
to finance the acquisition and renovation of The Bridge apartments.
All benefactors are included, however, regardless of the aspect
to which they direct their gift (scholarship fund, permanent
housing, and endowment) whether their donation is outright
or a planned gift, by will, charitable trust or other vehicle.
Such extraordinary generosity has made the expansion of Epiphany
House services possible and enable care to be given to some
families whose care is not otherwise subsidized.
Scholarship
Fund: Funds raised through the Scholarship Fund help Epiphany
House provide counseling, housing and childcare to mothers
who are not eligible for welfare or emergency assistance and
for whom Epiphany House receives little or no government subsidy.
These scholarship recipients have an opportunity to make a
new life for themselves and their children because of your
generosity. Were you to meet these scholarship recipients
in person, they would say to you, "Thank you for saving
my life."
Planned
Giving: Epiphany House has joined with the Community Foundation
of New Jersey for those who wish to remember us by making
a planned charitable gift benefiting our program. Call today
to receive more information.
In
Kind Donations: Equipment, materials, supplies, clothing and
other items are always appreciated and used for the ongoing
support of our program and special projects.
